For this purpose, the components in the car need to move noiseless and be odorless. At the same time, they must provide a pleasant touch-feel. Lubricants supporting the optimum function of your components play an important role in this respect.
We developed Klübersynth RAM 44-501 precisely for these high requirements. The good damping behavior enables a high-quality feel and reduces noise development. The carefully selected raw materials ensure the lowest possible odor emissions and help reduce friction and wear on various components.
In addition, the new synthetic base oil from Klübersynth RAM 44-501 enables very good viscosity-temperature behavior and thus offers more stable performance over the entire operating temperature range
When lubricating different material pairings, there are several specific factors that need to be considered. While metal-metal pairings can often be perfectly separated with solid lubricants, it is precisely these components that cause damage to the plastic surface in plastic-plastic or metal-plastic pairings and thus lead to wear. For this reason, we deliberately avoided using solid lubricants in Klübersynth RAM 44-501 and used ingredients that enable good adhesion to the surface and at the same time have a good elastomer compatibility.
