Chemical interaction with water can lead to a loss in structure and excessive oil separation for conventional lubrication concepts. Klüberplex BE 91-222 is a high-performance grease designed for these conditions. The innovative thickener concept provides excellent sealing properties, even when exposed to water, vapor, and contaminations. It has enhanced protection against wear/extreme pressure and can handle high loads and start/stop behavior.
The usage of a lower viscosity grease with maintained wear protection leads to reduced thermal stress on the lubricant, especially at high rotation speeds. This gives the grease a longer grease lifetime and optimized lubrication consumption.
